Campaign Iowa State has created nearly 600 additional scholarships for Iowa State University undergraduate and graduate students. But it’s not nearly enough as tuition costs rise and student debt levels skyrocket.
Jorge Dezcallar, ambassador of Spain to the United States, was the featured speaker at the 8th Annual Manatt-Phelps Lecture in Political Science. The annual lecture was established by Iowa State alumni Thomas and Elizabeth Phelps and Charles and Kathleen Manatt and focuses on significant developments in the area of international political economy.
